Sailing and VHF radio license are required for sailing the boats in Croatia. Besides Croatian licenses the majority of international sailing certificates are accepted as well. If you or your crew members do not have the required certificates we can easily provide a skipper for you – you just need to add it as an optional extra to your booking.

Security deposit for this yacht: € 2,500

Refundable, and the amount depends on the yacht. The security deposit is obligatory for every charter. The amount for your yacht is stated in your booking confirmation, and it is paid at the base by credit card before embarkation. We return it in full if the yacht comes back without damage or defect. If something is damaged or lost, we keep the part that covers repair or replacement, and if the damage keeps the yacht off charter afterwards, the amount matching that loss as well.

Cancellations are governed by our charter contract. If you cancel more than 30 days before the charter begins, we retain 50% of the agreed price. If you cancel within 30 days of the start, we retain the full amount. You may also find another charterer yourself, with our prior agreement, and pass the booking on. If you cancel for a serious personal reason such as a death in the family, a severe injury or war, the advance payment stays with us and we offer you a vessel in another available period in the same season.
